Prelude Cream Chapter Five “A Daily Routine”

Have you ever been stuck doing the same thing every day? How about for at least two years. Pine and I were just stuck in a loop. We constantly lived the same way. We never went out on dates and we never really did anything. We just lived together in our own little world. It was annoying.

Every morning around seven a.m. I would get up. Pine would usually sleep in until nine, but I never could. I had work to do after all since my paintings were selling like crazy. I would hit the alarm clock to make it stop beeping. Pine would usually groan as I got up. I always had to make sure not to wake him because he got grumpy and that was not a pleasant sight to see. I walked out the door without looking at him. This was not what I thought married life would be like. In fact I was always told how amazing it was from Fern, but she didn’t understand mine.

The new heir is Honeydew Cream. It was a tie between her and Forest Pastel, but I flipped a coin.

Generation Four Heir Vote

Screenshot-2

Honeydew Cream is the eldest of the daughters. Her father is Pine and she is the half sister to the twins. Her current age is a child and close to being a teenager. She’s very rebellious, but also very smart. She’s artistic like her mother and loves to read fantasy books. Her favorite color is surprisingly purple though she grew up around a lot of green. Honeydew was named after her grandmother’s godmother. Sadly she never got to meet her namesake as she passed away shortly after her great-grandmother did. Honeydew never met her father or at least she doesn’t remember him. She was devastated when someone close to her died and she discovered her mother had done something terrible. She never forgave her for that.

Sweet Pea is the oldest of the twins and the middle child. Her father and dad was Everglade. Her current stage is a child. Sweet Pea is the almost exact opposite of her twin sister. She’s friendly and artistic. Sweet Pea loves to sleep and it’s very hard to wake her up. She can be a little bit of a handful at times because she gets excited easily, but her mom knows how to calm her down. Sweet Pea was sad when some close to her died, but it didn’t affect her like it did Honeydew. She also was very excited to see her new siblings because she believed Prelude just like her twin did.

Screenshot-4

Forest Pastel Cream is the youngest twin and the youngest heir. She’s a child as of now and very shy. She’s the oddest looking one because of her hair, but that never scared her. People would make fun of her, but she always had a good sense of humor. However she also had a darkside that not many people knew about. Unlike her mother and sisters Forest Pastel hated art. She could barely stand to look at it. She was the odd one of the family and Prelude was unsure about her. She didn’t really miss the person everyone lost so not much affected her.

Prelude Cream Chapter Four Part Two “Graduation and a Surprise”

Screenshot

“Prelude we should go get married right now.” I heard the words come out from his mouth and I stared at him in shock. The flowers in his hands were waiting for me to grab them. I looked over to my house. I saw Fern with Byzan at that moment. I glanced down at Pine and took the flowers gently. This was how it was supposed to me. We’ve been together for over two years. It was time wasn’t it? He smiled at me.

“Okay,” I agreed and smiled back. My heart pounded as Fern skipped out.

Prelude Cream Chapter Four Part One “Graduation and a Surprise”

Screenshot-22

The days of my senior year had gone by quickly. Everyone was counting down to graduation and finally the day had come. My eighteenth birthday had come and gone. I was finally a young adult ready to adventure. Well almost ready. My life was just starting and I needed to get my diploma. Luckily I would be getting it today on a Tuesday. I had woken up early just to get everything ready. I laid my gown and cap out the night before. I made sure to take a shower and put my hair up.

Prelude Cream Chapter Three Part Two “Prom and a Wedding”

The big day had finally arrived for Rose and Currant. Currant had stayed at a hotel overnight and Rose had stayed at the house. I was busy arranging everything and making sure it was in order. I was the maid of honor after all. My father was with Currant and I had just gotten word that they were on their way.

“Where’s Rose?!?!” I shouted. My voice echoed around the house. I didn’t receive an answer.

Screenshot-16

I had found her by the wedding arch. The same wedding arch my grandma and grandpa got married under. She was staring up at an engraving. I stepped behind her and stared up at it too. I recognized the initials S.C. and O.R. She just looked at them and sighed.

Prelude Cream Chapter Three Part One “Prom and a Wedding”

“Everyone come here please!” I heard the familiar voice of Currant yell. I sighed and finished the stroke I had begun. I stepped back a checked out my nice work. I smiled at it. This was going to be a great piece for the art showing on Saturday. I set down my paint and brush. I wiped the wet paint on my pants. They were already full of color. The shirt I was wearing was as well. I quickly looked in the mirror and smiled. My hair was messy, but it looked great in the ponytail I had quickly put up.

“PRELUDE!!!” Currant shouted even louder. I laughed.

“I’ll be right there!” I yelled back and threw the sheet over the quickly drying painting. I ran outside to see the entire family gathered around. Rose had moved in a year ago during my junior year of high school. She was looking a little confused just like everyone else was. I smirked knowing exactly what was going on.

Prelude Cream Chapter 2 “The High School Life”

Screenshot-18

That lovely little truck I got from my parents for the first day of high school. I couldn’t drive it yet, but I loved it nonetheless. It was perfect for me and my favorite color of course. Purple just the way I like it. The radio was the best part of it and the fact it could hold a lot of CDs. I loved the smell of the leather and the feeling of the air on my face. My brothers didn’t care much for my car because they each had their own.

Prelude Cream Chapter 1 “Meet the Hersheys”

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring in my ears. I groaned and slammed my hand down on the snooze button. I forgot it was a Saturday and didn’t unset my alarm. I pushed myself up into a sitting position and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. I yawned loudly and threw my blankets off. I felt my feet hit the cold floor and shivered. I checked the clock. I had plenty of time to get ready. I grabbed my towel from the top of the dresser and hurried into the bathroom.

Screenshot

I took a quick shower and wrapped the towel around my torso. I grabbed another towel and wrapped it around my soaking hair. I rummaged around in my dresser for something to wear. I finally settled on some short shorts and a spaghetti strap. I quickly changed into the clothes. I took my blow dryer and plugged it into the wall. I grabbed my purple brush as well and ran it through my hair as I dried it. I styled it to the way I liked it and applied my makeup. I fixed everything in my mirror and smiled. I looked good. I walked out the door.
